  Compare and contrast

First we have a citizen who lied in statements to the police and has now been found to be whoring for cash. VIDEO

Then we have a Lord who allegedly lied in statements to the police and has may be found to be whoring for cash.

Both are running the chance of being charged with Perverting the Course of Justice .

Now who do you think deserves the longer sentence? Answers in the comments please.
