As an aside to the comment I posted, I just noticed that my middle name (Michael) appears in both the 1964 and 1974 lists and only dropped one place. Michael was my paternal Grand-Father who died long before my birth.

Deirdre Howlingspoons was dreamt of one evening many many years ago whilst under the influence of cannabis. The Water Train Concept Album was also born that night (twas good shit - as I believe they say).
When I was ordained as a Discordian Pope (All Hail Eris - All Hail Discorida) by RAW I took the name Pope Deirdre Howlingspoons of the First Universal Cabal of Kaos. DH (FUCK) for short.
When I moved into my current house confusion abounded as there was already a Dave here, so a nickname was required and so 'poons' was coined and it stuck.
